By booking a consultation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Booking Appointments 1.1 Online Booking: Book a consultation through our website or by contacting us directly. Ensure all provided information is accurate. 1.2 Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the appointment details. 1.3 Modifications and Cancellations: To modify or cancel your appointment, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee. 2. Consultation Fees 2.1 Fee Structure: Fees vary based on the type and duration of the appointment. The fee structure will be communicated during booking. 2.2 Payment: Payments can be made online at booking or in person at the clinic. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash. 2.3 Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will be processed within 5-7 business days. No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows. 3. Arrival and Late Policy 3.1 Arrival Time: Arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to complete necessary paperwork. 3.2 Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in shortened consultation time. If more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
